MAX the Dog needs a home

Hello.  My name is Max.  I have not always been a shelter dog.  I used to live in a house with my human and had a good life.  But situation changed for my owner and he had to leave Afghanistan and could not take me with him.  When he left, I was sent to Nowzad to be taken care of.  I have been here for two years now.  I have been neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped.  Please adopt me so I can have a home.
